Prevent Child Abuse Hampton Roads (PCAHR) is a volunteer based non-profit organization of concerned citizens committed to the prevention of child abuse in all its forms.
PCAHR works with community, state, and national groups to expand and disseminate knowledge about child abuse prevention and translates that knowledge into action through the development of sound family-oriented policies and community-based prevention programs.
PCAHR addresses physical and sexual abuse, neglect, and emotional maltreatment through programs, education, and advocacy.
